Returns
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please take the time to check your order carefully before opening, assembling or using any products.
This Returns & Refunds Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Mattresses & Beds – Important Hygiene Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, once a mattress or bed has been opened, removed from its original sealed packaging and/or used, we are unable to accept it for return/refund or exchange, except where the product has manufacturers fault.
This policy is in place because mattresses and beds are personal-use products and, once opened or used, we cannot guarantee that they meet the hygiene standards required for resale.
We therefore strongly recommend that you check the size, model, specification and condition of your mattress or bed before opening the packaging or using the product.
If you are unsure whether you have ordered the correct size or product, please contact us before opening the packaging.
Furniture & Flat-Pack Products
All flat-pack furniture must be unopened, unused, unassembled and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return/refund or exchange.
Once the packaging has been opened or the furniture has been assembled or used, we may be unable to accept the product for return.
Specially Ordered & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are specially ordered, made to order, customised or ordered specifically to a customer's requirements may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions.
Deposits paid towards specially ordered products are non-refundable, except where you have a legal right to a refund.
Please ensure that all sizes, colours, specifications and other details are correct before confirming a special order.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you believe that an item is genuinely faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem.
Where appropriate, we will inspect the product and endeavour to repair or replace the faulty item. The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and your rights under applicable consumer law.
Where possible, please provide photographs or videos showing the fault, along with your order details, to help us assess the issue.
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions will not normally be considered a manufacturing fault.
Collection Charge
Where we arrange collection of an item being returned, a £30 collection charge applies at the original address of delivery.
This charge does not apply where charging for collection would conflict with your statutory rights, including where we are responsible for the costs of returning qualifying faulty goods.
Refunds
Where a return has been accepted, the product will be inspected before a refund is processed.
Any applicable collection charges or other agreed deductions will be taken from the refund where legally permitted.
Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Online Orders & Your Statutory Rights
Customers purchasing online may have additional cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law. Certain products, including some bespoke or made-to-order goods, may be excluded from standard cancellation rights.
Nothing within this policy is intended to restrict or exclude any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable UK consumer legislation.
