Our aim is to make sure your new bed or mattress arrives safely and on time, so you can get everything set up and start enjoying a better night's sleep as soon as possible. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery service.

FREE Local Delivery on Orders Over £150

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £150 within our local delivery area.

For orders under £150, a delivery charge may apply. Please contact us for further information.

Our Delivery Area

We are based in Northampton and provide a local delivery service throughout Northampton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas within a 25-mile radius.

If you are unsure whether your postcode falls within our delivery area, please contact us before placing your order and our team will be happy to check for you.

Delivery Days

Our usual delivery days are:

Wednesday & Saturday.

Once your order is ready, we will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date. If our delivery days are not suitable please contact us and we can try and arrange a day that is more suitable.

Delivery days and times are subject to availability and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

On the Day of Delivery

On the delivery day we will call you 1hr before. Your phone must be answered to confirm delivery or we will have to postpone the delivery to another suitable day. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order and that there is safe and suitable access to the property.

For larger items such as beds, divan bases, mattresses and headboards, we recommend checking that the item will fit through all necessary doorways, hallways, staircases and entrances before ordering.

Please let us know in advance about anything that could affect the delivery, including restricted access, narrow staircases, flats or apartments, parking restrictions or other access difficulties.

Delivery Times

We will do our best to provide an estimated delivery time frame. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, previous deliveries and other circumstances outside our control.
